Founded in 2024, CPS brings together two of the industry’s most experienced project managers in the Landlord space, Matthew Jess and Robert Crawford.
Both Matthew and Robert bring 20+ years of experience working across the Commercial and Industrial sectors, overseeing the delivery of over $2B worth of Capex projects. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, ensuring that they meet and exceed the Clients’ expectations.
The CPS difference
One of the key advantages of working with CPS is that both Directors have worked “in-house” for a large Australian Property Company. This experience has given them a thorough appreciation for the internal workings of a Landlord and how to navigate this landscape to deliver successful projects.
Matthew Jess
Matthew brings 20 years of industry experience in project-facing and strategic roles. Starting in development and transitioning to client-side project management, his formative experience was largely focused on effective project management principles.
Over the past 10 years, Matthew held the role as General Manager, Project Delivery at Dexus Property Group, overseeing a national capital works program valued at $200M per annum. Known for strong leadership and stakeholder communication, Matthew builds productive, outcome-focused project cultures.
His repeatable core principles maximize project performance, and his collaborative nature and drive for outcomes ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Robert Crawford
With over 15 years of experience, Robert is a highly skilled project manager with expertise in both consulting and landlord operations.
He began his career in consulting, mastering project management principles and client needs. Transitioning to the landlord side, he joined Dexus Property Group, managing the planning and delivery of the NSW Capex Program.
His deep knowledge of landlord operations and strategic approach have been key in delivering high-profile projects. Known for his ability to analyse complex situations and devise effective solutions, Robert excels in managing multiple projects simultaneously. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a reliable and effective project manager.
