Description
The full replacement of existing ACP cladding at 8 Nicholson and sub-structure was undertaken over a period of several years to mitigate the impacts to existing tenants. Complicated by the presence of a shared service laneway between adjoining lot owners and an active redevelopment of a neighbouring property, the project was successfully executed over several separable portions in response to the risk and operational requirements of the asset.
